Rental Requirements: Combined gross income that is three times your monthly rent (before taxes). You must be in good standing with your current/previous landlords. We accept a range of credit scores; a lower score may lead to a higher security deposit.

Security Deposit: Security Deposits range from $500 to a half times the monthly rent. The security deposit is calculated based on an algorithm from the screening results.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome. There is a $300 one time pet fee and a $25 monthly pet rent for each pet.

Lease Terms: We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 7-14 months. Shorter lease terms may come with a monthly premium.
